Thank you for your response to Rebecca concerning the Lot Width requirements. The ANR
application for 865 Johnson Street was reviewed at the Planning Board meeting held last
night. The Board has approved the Plan contingent on some minor revisions they felt
necessary. Please added "existing lot line to be removed" and "proposed new lot line" to the
applicable lines shown on the Plan. Also, the Board would like the existing lot numbers to be
shown and a Note added to the Plan explaining the creation of the new lots. For example,
Existing Lot X to become Lot XA and Lot XB and Existing Lot Y to become YA and YB. It may
be easier to explain verbally so please feel free to give me a call to discuss. Thank you

In response to your e-mail and with regard to section " 7.1.2 LOT WIDTH " of the NA Zoning
By Laws, the minimum required lot width is 100 feet and shall be measured at the front
building line and parallel to the street frontage.
Site Development/Septic System plans have been submitted and are under review by your
Health Department.
Based on the house locations on the site plans submitted to the BOH, the approximate lot
widths are as follows:
Lot 1 - 170'
Lot 2 - 210'
Lot 3 - 160'
Lot 4 - 170'
Please note that Lot 3 is a corner lot with frontage on both Mill Road and Johnson Street. The
width cannot be measured parallel to the street frontage but was measured parallel to the
building front.
All lot width are well in excess of the minimum lot width of 100 feet.
Please contact me if you need any additional information, also, I am not familiar with your
process for review and endorsement of ANR plans as the process varies in every community,
so could you please let me know the status of the review and approval and if attendance at a
Planning Board is necessary or if the approval and endorsement is a matter of formality once
your review is complete.

We are not asking for you to send in revised plans, however there will need to be a note added
concerning lot width (Section 7 of the Bylaw) and we wanted to have that available. Can you
please provide that information in response to this email so that I may document it
