Dear Chairman Gotdberg and Other Board Members:
On be of the Appticant, Second and Main, LLC, vie are requesting the Board to
continue the hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2023, to the Board's next scheduled
hearing which we understand is Tuesday, February 28, 2023, As reasons for the request, the
Applicant is working on the finalization of the collection of supplemental traffic data requested
at the Board's last meeting, and to finalize responses to both stormwater and traffic peer
review comment Letters, Moreover, representatives of the Applicant are scheduled to meet
with several of the Immediate abutters to discuss site layout and screening. For these reasons,
we feet it would be more efficient to resolute outstanding peer review matters, and to present
updated materials for the Board's February 28 meetingk
