Hi Jean,
have reviewed the attached Sited Plan for 149 Main Street and have the following comments.
1. A new 4"domestic water line connection has a fee of$101000.00.
2. There is no up-front connection fee for a 6"fire line, however, an annual fee is charged to properties for this type of
water line.
3. The sewer service line was installed in 1954 and is probably a 5"clay pipe.
4. Several years ago, the Bank owners complied with our sewer inflow removal program and connected a sump pump
and/or drain line to the catch basin in Main Street.
