Looks like 149 Main Street complies with Zoning, most special permits are with Planning board .14 Second Street would
have to go to Historical which they did and got signed off. Ev charging stations are required .Third party plan review will
be used at owners expense . BDA testing and certification will be required before Certificate of Occupancy can be issued.
