Dear Ms. Enright,
Last year I spoke to the planning board in regards to a boundary issue between my property at 159 Main St
and the proposed development at 149 Main St & 14 Second St. The plot plan from the developer shows the
boundary between the two lots as the side of my house.
I had a certified plot plan completed for my lot this week and my plan shows the boundary away from the
house along an existing stone wall. In February a fence was constructed against the boundary line in my
front yard. My surveyor spoke with the developer's surveyor to review the findings and exchange
information the week of 3/24/24. He provided his research and boundary calculations and is waiting to
receive this information from the other surveyor.
I respectfully ask the board to review these new findings and reconsider the approval of the building plan
for 149 Main and 14 Second until this issue is resolved. 159 Main survey plan is attached.
