HomeMy WebLinkAbout60 Inglewood Street - NACC #376 Small Project Approval - Permits #NACC #376 - 60 INGLEWOOD STREET 7/22/2026 CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT Community& Economic Development Division Andrew Doulis July 30, 2026 Stride Services LLC 63 Aldrich Road North Andover, MA 01845 60 Inglewood Street,North Andover Small Project Permit Stair Replacement Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #376 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (B) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Andrew Doulis from Stride Services LLC, on behalf of the homeowner Carmela Denardo,filed for a Small Project Permit for work proposed at 60 Inglewood Street,North Andover.Work involves: ➢ Removal of existing set of front entrance concrete stairs, and rebuilding using pressure treated lumber and decking materials with vinyl railing. All work shall be done by hand within the footprint of the existing stairs. No dumpster shall be necessary as debris will be moved off-site. Materials shall be stored in the driveway. The resource areas on the property include the Riverfront Area associated with the Shawsheen River. The closest point of work is located—153 feet from the mean high water of the Shawsheen River. During the July 22,2026 public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission voted to approve this as a Small Project Category "L" Other similar projects of niininaal impact, as determined by t1w Nortli Andover Conservation Commission. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Comnission and any and if applicable) all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. The applicant is responsible for determining property boundaries. All work shall conform to the followinng_ RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing Including: Application Checklist &Project Narrative, Plan showing project narrative and dimensions, Aerial showing scope of work produced by Conservation staff The following conditions are hereby mandated: CONDITIONS: 1. A pre-work site inspection shall be scheduled with the contractor and Conservation staff to review the scope of work and proposed wetland marker locations. 2. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance. **The applicant,homeowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the property is allowed under this permit. The NACC has jurisdiction over all of the wetlands and associated 100-Foot buffer zones and 200 Riverfront Area to the Shawsheen River on site and any work that involves ground disturbance or changing the current conditions in these areas will require permitting with the NACC. This includes,but are not limited to,house additions,pools,patios, decks, sheds,fences, garden beds,landscaping and bridge installation, tree or vegetation cutting/pruning.
