l. Opening Poem—Mark Bohrer read the poem "Walking on the beach, Seals" by Signe Spencer
2. Picnic & Poetry event in August
• Plan Date: August JO1^ at6PM (Rain date: August 2 9th)
o ACTION: Karen—request date from town
• Open Mic format—invite people to bring a poem (read one poem)
o focus invite on Anne Bradstreet mailing list, but open toall
• Promotion—
o ACT|ON: Christa—create a graphic for the event flyer
o Yardsigns—ACT|ON: Mark—ask library to print large format signs to overlay existing yardsigns
o Flyers—post in restaurants—ACTION: Dan—print out copies
o Email—Marh's mailing list
