To whom it may concern,
hereby grant permission to the below mentioned entities, as the President of
the above stated Trust and for the property identified as 024.0-0028-0000.0
and located at 203 Turnpike Street, North Andover MA 01845.
hereby authorize NHSolarGarden.com, LLC, AC Development Group, LLC, Scott
Secrest P.E. and or Nobis Group to execute and submit applications and any
applicable materials to local and state boards, commissions, agencies, and on
behalf of North Andover Office Park Condominium Trust for the purpose of
obtaining municipal, state, environmental and utility permits and approvals of
the proposed facility at the property.
The Trust does not, by this authorization, agree to pay or incur any costs or
expenses associated with such applications or approvals; all such costs and
expenses are to be borne by the above-referenced entities.
