Hi Jean... I conducted a site inspection with the project engineer to review the wetland flagging. I found the wetland
delineation to be accurate.
Because the site plan shows all work outside the 100-foot buffer zone, wetland permitting with the Conservation
Commission is not necessary.
One suggestion: The Board should ensure that the proposed catch basin protections are installed before any work begins.
