Hi Jean,
have reviewed the proposal and have a few comments/concerns.
One of the structures is to be built over the Town's sewer easement. Normally a permenant structure is not allowed, but in
this case I believe we could still access the sewer line under the proposed structure, which is fairly open. One support is
shown on the edge of the easement and it should be moved several feet outside the easement so we can have better
access to the sewer if needed.
