My questions relative to this are the following: 1) Does the Town typically allow private site drainage to tie into a public drainage system? 2) If so, has a downstream drainage capacity analysis been performed? 3)Are there any existing drainage easements in place for the portion of the existing drainage system on Andover Street that encroaches on the Merrimack property shown as Map 24, Lot 29? 1 know the stormwater report peer review touched on the outlet to this system, but I think it's important that these questions be answered early in the planning phase. Thanks. -Jon Strauss On Thu, Sep 14, 2023 at 3:52 PM Jean Enright<jen rig t v r . v>wrote: [Quoted text hidden] Visit online r . v i Share i tt : / r . t r - receivedYou isubscribed i .
