FD response is as follows:
1. Project must meet the requirements of MGL 1487 527 CMR, NFPA 1 and MGL 148 where applicable.
2. Project-specific site safety plan be implemented upon commencement of construction activities in accordance
with 527 CMR Ch. 16 and NFPA 241
3.Will sufficient space be provided on roof for FD access for ventilation operations in the event of a fire?
4. How will equipment impact FD access to roof?
5. How will the equipment impact emergency responder communications equipment and/or radio fire alarm box
signals?
