NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In acoordance with the pro isiojis of M.G.L. Chapter o-A., Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will bold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of public Hearing: Application for Limited Site Plan Review under Aftiele 8, fart
Site Plan Review and Article 10 Administration Section 19 -10.7
of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. Applicant proposes
construction of a 19,205 gross square Foot,2--story building
(Lecture Half situated along Aherne Toad,oriented in-line with
Sullivan Hall. The project will include utility infrastructure,
storm water management plan,and associated landscaping. The
site is located within the Residential 3 zolling district.
