TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Limited Site Plan Review Modification under
MGL Ch. 40A Section 3,Article 8,Part 3 Site Plan Review and
Article 10 Administration Section 195-10.7 of the North Andover
Zoning Bylaw. Applicant proposes to modify the approved
parking plan by increasing the total number of parking spaces
from 35 to 60. The site is located in the Residential 1 zoning
district.
