The Applicant,the Property and the Project are more particularly described in the plans, drawings and
other exhibits included with this Application, and also submitted under separate cover with this
Application, and which may be supplemented by the Applicant during the hearing process, all of which
are incorporated herein by reference and constitute the documents required to be submitted by the
40B Regulations (760 CMR § 56.05)(the "40B Regulations"), as well as the requirements of the Town of
North Andover Comprehensive Permit Rules and Regulations of the Zoning Board of Appeals (March
13, 2001, Rev. 2006)(the "ZBA Rules").
For the reasons presented in this Application, and the additional reasons that the Applicant will
present at the scheduled public hearing on the Application,the Applicant respectfully requests that the
Zoning Board of Appeals, after complying with the procedures as required by law, including G.L. c.40B,
§§20-23, 760 CMR 56.00 et seq. and the ZBA Rules, vote to make the Findings of Fact set forth in
Section 1.13 above, and issue a Comprehensive Permit to the Applicant for the proposed Project.
