Hi Mike,
Apologies for the interim gap in my communication to you. The applicant engaged a wetland consultant to inspect the site
for wetlands. Attached is her report. I met with her on site and am comfortable that the isolated wetland is too small to be
jurisdictional under the Bylaw. The State Wetlands Protection Act does not regulate isolated wetlands.
I plan to place this on the June 10th Conservation Commission agenda under New Business discussion items. I will
review the draft set of approval conditions that your legal counsel prepared and will provide suggestions for during-
construction and post-construction conditions for your consideration.
Phil, I know this is somewhat short notice but if you can attend that would be great. In any event I can convey any
questions the Commission may have.
