Hello Lieutenant Diminico,
Thank you for this feedback, and I'll try to get an answer on garage access from the applicant, as it's not a topic we've
discussed with them. My understanding is that the parking will be accessible to other tenants in the complex, but I don't
know if this means fully open to the public.

Thank you for reaching out. The complex will obviously increase vehicle traffic in the area but we don't currently have
many crashes there as the traffic review states. We are interested to see how the parking garage will be handled. Will
it be open to the public or FOB access? All our cruisers will need access either way. The representative didn't have a
lot of information on this topic at the town's TRC meeting a few months ago but I'm sure we will connect when they're
further into the project. The PD has no other main concerns besides those points.
Please let me know what we can do to help make the project as safe as possible.

I'm Michael Lis, ZBA chair. We're in the process of a comprehensive permit review for a 40B project on the High
St/Prescott St intersection (called 0 Prescott St).
I'm looking to solicit feedback from the Police Department. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, I
would love to get those from you by April 1 if possible. I would love written feedback, but I am happy to schedule a
phone call or virtual meeting if you want to discuss anything before submitting.
Submitted documents, meeting recordings and meeting minutes are avaivaUe: on the:40B we:bsgte:. I've also
specifically attached the traffic peer review and replies to add some additional context, since we have had initial
conversations on these.
