Thanks, --Mike On Wed,Apr 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM John Borgesi <jbovge:si@nouthandovevnia.gov>wrote: Michael, As requested I have reviewed the proposed drainage system for the 0 Prescott Street Comprehensive Permit. I also had a virtual call with the applicant and design engineer to go over the proposed drainage system and connection to the Town's closed drainage system as I summarized in the attached review memo. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also as a side note I wanted to mention that I do have Prescott Street proposed to be repaved in Fiscal Year 2028 along with redoing/extending the sidewalk to connect to Route 125 as part of the sidewalk connectivity program. After discussing with the Applicant, the timing of our resurfacing of Prescott Street and extension/rehab of the sidewalk will coincide nicely with the construction of the proposed development. We're in the process of a comprehensive permit review for a 40B project on the High St/Prescott St intersection (called 0 Prescott St). I'm looking to solicit feedback from the Fire Department. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, I would love to get those from you by April 1 if possible. I would love written feedback, but I am happy to schedule a phone call or virtual meeting if you want to discuss anything before submitting. Submitted documents, meeting recordings and meeting minutes are avaUUabUe: on the:40B we:bsUte:. I've also specifically attached the civil/stormwater peer review and replies to add some additional context, since we have had initial conversations on these. In particular, there was a question of whether drainage for this facility could feed into the 36" town drainage for the area. Thank you so much for your help in reviewing this application.
