Applicant, East Mill Housing,LLC and the Town of North Andover Zoning Board of
Appeals agree to extend the 180-day deadline, as provided for under 760 CMR 56.05(3),for the
Zoning Board of Appeals to complete the public hearing on the comprehensive permit
application relative to 280 rental units, formerly 296 rental units,proposed at 0 Prescott Street
and 67 High Street in North Andover,MA from June 30,2026 to July 15,2026,with the Board
to have the 40-day period to deliberate its decision thereafter.
