NOTICE OF DECISION
At the July 14, 2026 meeting of the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40B,
the Board, after public hearings, hereby grants a Comprehensive Permit to the Applicant for the Project.
A decision was filed with the Town Clerk on July 20, 2026. Appeals, if any, shall be filed within 20 days
after the filing of this decision with the Town Clerk.
