Subject Inquiry Regarding Legal Strategy for 0 Prescott Street 40B
Message Hello ZBA,
Attached is an inquiry I feel needs to be addressed regarding
the Zero Prescott/Lot 3/Parking garage parcel. The Town has
worked with RCG on the North Andover Mill Redevelopment
project for many many years through lots of special permits,
phases and modifications to help the developer get this
completed in various segments. For the developer to now
change the rules to pursue a 40B filing at this final segment of
the most constrained parcel seems disingenuous if not illegal.
