Message Mr. Chair and board members, we ask that when you have the
site visit to please look at the size of the Avalon East building. It
is only 4 stories and has 51 units. The proposed project would
need 6 of these buildings with an extra floor. The 2 Avalon
buildings in West Mill make up 170 units total with 4 stories.
