The setback and height waivers would create a safety and privacy concern to me and my family. I feel there is a big safety concern with the pool being in dangerous proximity to heavy construction, and also a privacy concern of having a 5 story parking garage looking directly over our six foot privacy fence feet away from this proposed design. I hope our concerns of safety and privacy outweigh the need for affordable housing in specific design decisions, as I am sure there are other viable designs that could alleviate these concerns. Thank You, Andrew Sarnie Separately, I was hoping to get an update from the board on how the whole process is going? Is everything proceeding as expected to this point? When MassHousing heard the town feedback and comments as part of the project eligibility, they granted the PEL, and noted 'the Applicant should be prepared to work closely with its design team to address concerns regarding design of the proposed Project, particularly as it relates to mitigating concerns about building height, bulk, and opportunities for screening.' I don't know if this is how the normal process plays out, but to https://mail.google.com/mail/u/O/?ik=fObefc9b3b&view=pt&search=all&permthid=thread-f:l 862118105332729212%7Cmsg-f:1862118105332729212&s... 1/2 4/13/26,8:40 AM Town of North Andover Mail-Online Form Submittal: Contact the Zoning Board of Appeals Department this point the design team has shown almost zero change to the design, particularly regarding height and bulk. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me before the next meeting to help clarify the proceedings. Thanks again, Andrew Sarnie Attachiments Files must be less than 2 MB.
