At the August 12, 2026 Planning Board meeting the Petitioner: North Andover Country Club, 520
Great Pond Road,North Andover, MA 01845, through the Board of Governors, John Benvenuto,
requested to withdraw without prejudice his application for a watershed Special Permit. The
application was filed on April 30, 2026 and the public hearing opened on June 2, 2026 and
continued until August 11, 2026.
Upon a Motion by John Simons to accept the request for withdrawal without prejudice and a second
by Denevan O'Connell the Board voted unanimously in favor of the withdrawal without prejudice
(5-0) in favor.
