Last night, the developer presented a rendering of the view from Prescott Street showing well defined and paved sidewalks, and a paved new road. In response to committee questions, they indicated that they were not actually planning on improving the road and sidewalk as presented. In addition, in the Traffic Impact Study, Table 1, High St/Prescott St, the Pedestrian accommodations column indicates there are satisfactory pedestrian accommodations. It also notes that there are bicycle accommodations on Prescott Street. This is inaccurate information. I would be open to any format that works for the committee, including an in-person walk, a virtual walk in the form of a presentation at the next meeting, or other format. I recommend one walk at night and one during the day to get a sense of the different conditions. Ideally, the night walk should be done during the winter time around rush hour to provide the committee a good sense of the conditions that face pedestrians when walking on the broken sidewalk and in the road at the top of Prescott Street. Thank you for considering my request. Sincerely, Jim Holland Attachitrteints Files must be less than 2 MB. https://mail.google.com/mail/u/O/?ik=fObefc9b3b&view=pt&search=all&permthid=thread-f:l 860650676133288255%7Cmsg-f:1860650676133288255&s... 1/2 3/26/26,8:37 AM Town of North Andover Mail-Online Form Submittal: Contact the Zoning Board of Appeals Department Allowed file types: txt doc pdf docx jpg gif png.
