"My name is Amanda Prophett and I reside at 72 High Street#413, North Andover, MA.
After reviewing the provided traffic impact study, I notice that only 3 intersections are examined- Prescott/Chickering,
Prescott/High, and High/East and West Driveways.
Was there any consideration given to the already dangerous intersection at the top of High Street/Main Street at the 3-
way stop beside Stacheys?
If not, I implore that this is given due consideration and similar safety strategies implemented at that intersection if this
build is approved. That intersection is high traffic volume and there are near miss accidents daily due to traffic confusion
regarding the intersection being 3-way.Adding approximately 300 new units in this build of new residents will only add
to this already concerning and potentially deadly intersection.
Please review and consider this comment for further study!"
