I am reaching out with the attached letter, which describes
concerns regarding the proposed massive housing
development at 0 Prescott Street (the East Mill Parking
Garage) in North Andover.Ahead of the November 20, 2025
Meeting, I would really appreciate if the Zoning Board of
Appeals could read my concerns with the project. Much
