AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 2nd day of July, 2026, by and between
Lighthouse Productions, LLC dba Port Lighting Systems., a corporation located at 24 London
Lane, Seabrook, New Hampshire 03874, hereinafter called "VENDOR", and the and the North
Andover Public School District, ("District") a municipal corporation duly established by law
and located at 566 Main Street, North Andover, Essex County, Commonwealth of
Massachusetts.
The above parties agree that the procurement and installation Auditorium lighting and related
hardware by the District from VENDOR will be governed exclusively by the "MHEC
CONTRACT MC16-1311" and it is incorporated by reference into this Agreement, along with
its terms and conditions. Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium's contract and Terms &
Conditions shall take precedence over all other language.
This Agreement will commence upon execution and expire on October 31, 2026. Multi-year
Agreements are subject to annual appropriation. Total payments under this contract will not
exceed $296,476.68.
Signatory for the Vendor certifies that they are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on
behalf of the Vendor, and that affix its corporate seal hereto making this Agreement and all of
its terms valid and binding on the Vendor.

the date of contract execution throughout the duration of the project,and through no fault of Port Lighting,the contract sum
shall likewise be equitably adjusted by change order(s)to reflect such tariff-related cost increases.
