The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by the Chairman.
Members presemt: John F. Alter, Chairman, Gregory Mooradkanian,
Henry E. Lurid, James T. Poor and alternate ~=~ers James Regan
and Sam Dfm~uro.
A general discussion was held relative to the revised By-Laws of
the Town of North Andover.
There were no applications before the Board on this date.
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOT~ to adjourn the
meeting.
Adjourned at 9:30 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairmsm at ~50 P~M.
Members present: John F. Alter, Chairman, Irving ¢. Howes,
and alternate emebers James Regan and Sam DiMaure.
This meeting was specially called by the Chairman to receive
an application mad set a date for a Public Hearing.
Mr. William~F. Goodhue presented an application to the Board re-
questing a variance of the Zoning By-Laws ao as to permit the
erection af a garage and repair shop at the corner of Johnson
Street and Salem Turnpike, facing Salem Turnpike. This is an
Agricultural District. Mrs. VanBunned, who owns the land is
willing to lease it to Mr. Goodhue for this purpose.
A motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED that a Public
Hearimg would be held on this application on--n-'~cember 12, 1949.
Notices to be sent to all abutters and also duly advertise~ on
December 3,. 1949 in the E~ening Tribune.
