The meeti, ng was called to order by the Chairman at 8:15 P.M.
Members present: John F. Alter, Chairm~, Greogry Mooradkanian,
Secretary, Henry E. Lund and alternate members James Regan and
Sam. DiMauro.
A Letter was rece~'ved f~rom Mr. William F. Goodhue reqesting the
Board to allow him to withdraw his application, which was pending~
to permit the erection of a garage .and repair shop at Johnson
Street and Salem Turnpike.
Motion was made and .seconded and it was VOTED to accept this
withdrawl.
An application was. received from Mr. Jo?m B. Fileding, requesting
a variance of the Zoning By-Law so as to allow him to teect a
single family dwelling on a let which does not nonform to the
present requirements. Th~s application was received and a date
set for a Public Nearing, which will be head on February 13, 1950.
Ail abutters to be notified and the Nearing to be. advertised in
the Evening Tribu~e on Saturday evening, February 4, 1950.
M~tion was made and aeconded and it was VOTE~ to Adjourn.
