DECISION
The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on August ll, 1987 on the application of
Suzanne & Nichole Kucharewski requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7,
Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws so as to permit relief from the rear
setback requirement to allow enclosure of existing deck. The following members were
present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William
Sullivan, Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O'Connor.
The hearing was advertised in .the Lawrence Eagle Tribune on July 30 and July 31, 1987
and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Ms. Kucharewski spoke regarding the petition and stated that they were no objections
from any of the abutters.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. Nickerson, the Board voted
to GRANT the variance as requested. The vote was unanimous.
The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10,
Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning ByLaws and the granting of this variance will not de-
rogate from the intent and purposes of the Zoning ByLaws nor will it adversely affect
the neighborhood.
