Dear sirs
After a duly advertised Public Hearing held on Monday Rvening, July 1,
1957, the Planning Board of North .Andover unanimously voted to APPROTS
the petition of the Suburban Household Enterprises, Inc., for a plan
for a subdivision under the requirements of the subdivision Control Law
and the Rules and Regulations governing the Subdivision of land of the
Planning Board in the Town of North-'Andover. Condition of approval is
that the Petitioner finds a piped storm drain connection, adequate in the
opinion of the Planning Board, either east or west of the proposed street;
provided there be installed a second hydrant to be approved by the Fire
Chief, somewhere along the frontage of Lot #1 or Lot #2, if necessary;
the approval does not become effective until the Petitioner post Bond
for the completion of installation of water, sewer, surface drains and
street; also that work is decree aoo&r&iug to Plans and Profiles; and
provided the installation of the water and sewer mains meets the require-
ments stated by the June 24th letter of the Board of Public Works,
William B. Duffy, Supt.
Three members of the Board were present and voted on the above petition.
All abutters were notified of the Hearing and also of the decision of
the Board.
