Dear sirs After a duly advertised Public Hearing held on Monday Rvening, July 1, 1957, the Planning Board of North .Andover unanimously voted to APPROTS the petition of the Suburban Household Enterprises, Inc., for a plan for a subdivision under the requirements of the subdivision Control Law and the Rules and Regulations governing the Subdivision of land of the Planning Board in the Town of North-'Andover. Condition of approval is that the Petitioner finds a piped storm drain connection, adequate in the opinion of the Planning Board, either east or west of the proposed street; provided there be installed a second hydrant to be approved by the Fire Chief, somewhere along the frontage of Lot #1 or Lot #2, if necessary; the approval does not become effective until the Petitioner post Bond for the completion of installation of water, sewer, surface drains and street; also that work is decree aoo&r&iug to Plans and Profiles; and provided the installation of the water and sewer mains meets the require- ments stated by the June 24th letter of the Board of Public Works, William B. Duffy, Supt. Three members of the Board were present and voted on the above petition.
