Gentlemen:
After a duly advertised Public Hearing held on July 16, 19569 the Planning
Board made the following decision.
Upon motion made and seconded, it was unanimously vote&that the plans Of
the Index and Drainage of Sutton Hill, Sections 1 through /+ Of Sutton Hill,
and Profiles 1 through /+ of Sutton Hill, sutmltted to the Board by Mr. Mal.-
eolm Beattie, President of the Sutton Hill Cwnpeny, Incorporated On May 7,
1956 and drawn by M. B. Beattie, Civil Engineer, dated May 6, 1956 are here—
by given approval on condition that all travelled ways shall have a minimum
of 30 feet in width.
Plans are enolosed.
