Muldoon thirty and 04/100 (30.04) feet, and Northerly by lot two hundred twenty four (224) on said plan one hundred and 42/100 (100.42) feet. All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be located as shown on Plan No. 3263B, drawn by Ernest W. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record, insofar as the same are still in force and applicable, and subject also to the restrictions contained in a deed from J.W.
