The 'land in North Andover, Essex County, massachusetts, bounded and
described as follows :
Easterly by Innis Street thirty (30) feet;
Southerly by lot two hundred twenty two (222) as shown on plan
hereinafter mentioned ninety eight and 93/100 (98.93) feet;
Westerly by land now or formerly of Patrick F. Muldoon thirty
and 04/100 (30.04) feet, and
Northerly by lot two hundred twenty four (224) on said plan
one hundred and 42/100 (100.42) feet.
All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be located
as shown on Plan No. 3263B, drawn by Ernest W. Branch, Surveyor,
dated August 20, 1913, as modified and approved by the Court, filed
in the Land Registration Office, a copy of a portion of which is
filed with Certificate of Title No. 385, Book 3, Page 513,
and being designated as lot two hundred twenty three (223) thereon.
Also lot two hundred twenty four (224) on said plan bounded and
described as follows :
Easterly by Innis Street thirty (30) feet;
Southerly by lot two hundred twenty three (223) on said plan
one hundred and 42/100 (100.42) feet;
Westerly by land noworformerly of Patrick Muldoon thirty and
04/100 (30..0.4) feet, and
Northerly by lot two hundred•twenty five (225) on said plan
one hundred one and 90/100 (101.90) . feet.
Subject to all easements and restrictions of record, insofar as
the same are still in force and applicable, and subject also to
the restrictions contained in a deed from J.W. Wilbur Co. , Inc.
to Isabel Currao, dated March 31, 1922, and filed as Document
No. 2796, also to the restrictions contained in a deed from
J .W. 'Wilbur Co. , Inc. to Carmelo Zappala, dated May 28, 1917,
and filed as Document No. 1561.
The common title to said land is derived under deeds of Paul A.
Himmer to Lois M. Weinhold dated April 81 1982, recorded with the
Essex North District Registry of Deeds, Land Court, and deed.of
Cora 'Tomarchio to Constance L. Quartarone, dated January 13, 1982
recorded with the Essex North District Registry of Deeds, Land Court
See Certificate of Title No.'-. 8955, Book 60, Page 225 in said
