The length of the dead end roadway exceeds the maximum length allowed by the Subdivision Rules & Regulations, Sec. The key map must show how this might look under Section II, para. 8b and Section IV, para. A Id & le. Without the inclusion of potential streets, it is hard to project how this dead end could be readily discontinued as stated in waiver.
