WHrtEAS, due notice of our intention to adept this order
has heretofore been served as provided by law, all as show by
the attached Return of Service, aad,
WHEREAS, a public hearing concerning the same has been held,
all as set forth is said notice,
NOW, THEMORE, we, the undersigned, being the Selectmen
of North Andover, do now and hereby adjudicate that the public
necessity and convenience regUires the laying out of Walnut Avenua
so-called, as a Town Way;
WHMMORE, we do now and hereby lay out as a Tom Way,
pursuant to law-II those portions of said Walnut Avenue the bound-
arias and masuremIents of which are shown upon the plan attached
hereto, Mich plan is hereby expressly made a part of this Order.
WITNESS our hands and the seal of the Town of North Andover
