I Dear S1-: The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Planning Board on Monday evening, March 2, 1970 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Office Building. Men'oers present and voting were: William Chepulis, Jr. , Chairman; Robert T. Burke, Vice Chairman; Donald N. Keirstead, Secretary; George T3. Frrley and .Charles W. Trombly, Jr., Esq. The BCA1ZD OF APPEALS petitioned to amend the North Andover Zoning Bp-Law under Section 9.' by striking the word 'certified' , so that notices of hearings may be sent to interested parties by regular first class mail, pos•.taae prepaid, as provided by statute, unless the Board of Appeals vctes to send notices by certified mail in particular cases. Mr. Reirstead made a motion to recommend favorable action. Mr. Farley seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. The Board feels this is a proper change to the Zoning By-Law.
