The AndoverRealty Co. purchased said lot for the purposes of building a dwelling thereon or selling said lot for this purpose. The lots on either side are no greater in size than this parcel and we do not feel that we should be restricted from selling as a dwelling lot as it is a remaining lot of record and is useless to us .
