The results of the percolation tests indicate that the drainage properties of the majority of areas tested would be in accord with Title 5 and suitable for the subsurface disposal of sewerage. This is a preliminary study and a more detailed study of each individual lot, including percolation tests and test pits must be done prior to the design of any subsurface disposal field. Dear Mr. Long: The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Planning Board on Monday evening, June 16, 1980 in the Town Office Meeting Room at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present and voting: William Chepulis, Chairman; John J. Monteiro, Vice-Chairman;i Paul A. Hedstrom, Clerk; and Joyce A. DiTore; Michael P. Roberts. Frank C. Gelinas represented the applicant, Barco Corp., for a proposed subdivision, "Woodchuck bane'", of 4 lots, 230 ft. of roadway. This is subdivided from two of the previous lots on Raleigh Tavern Lane extension. The proposal has been modified from prior submittal by lengthening "Woodchuck Lane" only half way to the stone wall. In addition, the grades are noir 3% and 1% and there are no wetlands involved in the buildable portion. They have preserved the access easement along N. E. Power right of way for the Commonwealth of Mass. to gain access to Woodchuck Hill. Dear Mr. Long: The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Planning Board on Monday evening, August 6, 1979 in the Town Office Meeting Room at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present and voting: William Chepulis, Chairman; John J. Monteiro, Vice-Chairman; Joyce A. DiTore; and Paul Hedstrom, Clerk. Frank C. Gelinas appeared for the applicant, Barco Corporation and told those present that the owner of record of the subject property is George Farr. The proposed subdi— vision is to be called Raleigh Tavern Phase II and contains and contains 23 lots; Raleigh Tavern No. and So. will be one road by extension of the present loop; 2340 ft. of roadway with cul de sac; intention of applicant is to not develop beyond the stone wall which bounds the subdivision at the rear; to be serviced by water and drainage, but not communal sewer; Commonwealth of Mass. will be granted access into its property which is land locked. Gelinas, represented Barco Corp, and petitioned for a subdivision of a parcel of land containing approximately 27 acres, situated off Boxford St., subdivided into 20 lots and to be known as "Stonecleave Estates II". Mr. Gelinas stated that the subdivision would include 2100 ft. of roadway, Lot #20 is not proposed to be built upon, there are two wetlands in the middle of the property, dredging one wetland to form a pond on Lot ,#20, subsurface disposal systems and wells will be installed.
