Barrett Mr. Daniel Long, Town Clerk 154 Rea Street Town Office Building North Andoverf MA 01845 North Andover, MA 01845 Petition #74-86 Dear Mr. Long: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday, March 11, 1986 upon the application of John J. Barrett, 154 Rea Street, North Andover, MA 01845 . The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on February 20 and February 27 , 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting: Mr. William Sullivan, Acting Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk , Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O'Connor. The petitioners seek a Special_ Permit from the provisions of Section 4 , Paragraph 4. 121 (17) so as to permit construction of a family suite for a member of family , mother Eileen Barrett, on the premises located at 154 Rea Street. Motion made by Ms O'Connor and seconded by Mr. Soule to GRANT this Special permit of Section 4, Paragraph 4. 121(17) of the Zoning By Law so as to permit a family suite for a member of family, mother Eileen Barrett, subject to the following conditions : 1.. The premises be occupied by Eileen Barrett. 2. The special permit shall expire at the time Eileen Barrett ceases to occupy the family suite. 3. The special permit shall expire at the time the premises are conveyed to any person, partnership, or corporation. 4 . The applicant, by acceptance of the Certificate of Occupancy issued pursuant to the special permit,• grants to the Building Inspector or his lawful designee the right to in- spect the premises annually.
