The ~eeting was called to order by the Cb~rman at 8:10 P.M. in t~e Town
Building. This was a Public Hearing.
Members present-- Gregory Mooradkanian, Chairman, S~nto:~Di~ Andrew
Al~ino,~",, Berm-! E. IAmd, Irving C. HOWeS.
An application was received from William Bootman, 102 Willow Street, Lawrence'
requestimg a variance of ~he Zoning B~-Laws of the Town of ~orth Andover~ so
as to permit the erection of a single family residence at 15 Camden Street~
on a lot having only a 50 foot frontage, the side yards of which cannot ~eet
the requirements of the By-L~ws.
The application was read as was the notice of the Public hearing which was
advertised in the E~ening ~ibune on the evening of March 31, 1951.
Mr. Bootman was present and explained to the Board that he wished to build a
single f~mf~y residence at 15 Camden Street and that his lot only had a 50
foot frontage. He requested that a variance be granted so that he would have
side yards of 10 feet on one side and 11-1/2 feet on the other. He stated that
he was able to meet the requirements of the front and back yards. Mr. Bootman
presented plans to the Board which were in order and were filed with the Board.
There was no opposition to this application. Motion was made and seconded and
it was VOTED to take the matter under advisement.
Mr. Richard ~hipple ~h'o was unable to be present at this meeting was contacted
by telephone and he wished to be recorded as in favor o~ granting the variance.
M. otio~ was made and seconded and it was unanimously VOT~ to gr~nt the vari-
ance to Mr. Bootman in accordance with the plans presented.
Motion was mad~ and seconded and it was VOT~ to adjourn at 9:45
