The undersigned believes that such approval is not required for the following reasons: 1. The division of land shown on the accompanying plan is not a sub- division because every lot shown thereon has the amount of frontage required by the North Andover Zoning By Law and is on a public way, namely, Shar vers Pond Road or a private way, namely, being 'Land bounded as follows: Northerly by said road and the North Andover/Middleton town line, easterly, southerly and westerly by remaining land of Boys Club of Lynn, Inc. 2. The division of land shown on the accompanying plan is not a sub- div_sicn for the following reasons : Although the lots shown are in the adjacent Town of Middleton, the lots conform with Middleton zoning, exceed requirements of -North Andover zoning and front on a public way. 3 .
