Dear Sir;
This case came on to be heard at a meeting of the Board of Appeals on Monday, ,
January ll, 1960 at the Town Building. Members present and voting were: Daniel
T. O'Leary, Chair an, Robert Burke, Howard Gilman, Henry Lund and Associate
Member Harold i<.orley Jr.
Attorney Charles W. Trombly represented the petitioner, Charles M. Breen, who
sought a variance of Section 7 Paragraph 7.3 so as to permit a business use
in an existing structure with'n 15.4 feet of a way on the premises located at
the Southwest corner of Merrimack and Water Streets on the West side of Merrimack
Street, :known as 35-37 Merrimack Street. The premises will be used as a funeral
parlor. No opposition appeared before the Board.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously voted that the Variance be
granted as the premises are located in a Business area and it is an existing building
and conforms to all the rules and regulations of a Business area in the North Andover
Zoning By Laws.
