porch to an existing dwell~n~ at 27 Tyler Road, The addition of this
porch would hake the side yards less than the ~equired fifteen feet for
the aide ~ardse
Mr, & Mrs, Perreault were present and axp~-ed to the Board ~hat
would .like to add this porch to their house trot that their lot is too
na~re~ to oon~l~ with the present regulations of the Zoning ~F-I~rse

and wished t~ be recorded a s objecting to the g~antiBg of the application.

After discussing the above applioation~ it was ~rought e~t that ,,!!

& date for a Pablic Hearing on an application from Daniel Jo Donovau
Maple Avenues ~r+ Donovan wishes to subdivide & panel of propert~ into
teo p areel~ :in erder to be able to sell c~t lo% with an ~-4$ting
Date ~f the Public Hearing was set £or ~ 30~ 19Sl~ and is to be advertised
on July 21~
