Town Building. This was a special Public ~earing.
Me~bers present~ ~regory Mooradkanians Chairmans Andrew Ee Alvino,
Henr~ E. Lured, associate me~bers, J~s J. Regan and Sa~ DiMavA'O,
Mr. Alv~uo-was assigned as secretary pro tern by the chair,~n in ~
absence of Eichard G~ Whipple.- Mr,Regand~was assigned to v~te for
Mr. ~hipple and Mr. DiNauro for Peter Ritohie.
Applicatien was received frc~ Daniel J. Deneva~ of 23 Nails Avenues
North ~dovers requesting a variance of the Zen~,g I~2'.-La~ of ~
Town, in ex, er to per~% the sui~i~isio~ of a parcel of proper~
in%e t~o separate pareelss one of which ~ not ~ee% the requiremants
of the present ~-Laws as to side yards and frontages This proper~

Attorney C~lesTrca~ represented Mr. Donovan aud explained tc the
Board that t~e let which his client desired to s e~.l had a frontage of
63 feet and that :the side yards would be 10 feet ca one side and 13~
feet on the other, Mr. James Daws the propective BUyer was also
present and stated that he was very anxious to but ~he house in
questions There was no objection to this applications Notion was

opinion that since thi~ was an old propert~ whieh was i~ existance
Before Z~ning ~d that the present o~ner wished te dispose of a part
ef it and since the subdivision would not Be injurious or detrimental
to the neighborhood there would be ~o objection to the granting ef
the request,
