There should not be such a volume of traffic going in and coming out to create any problem. The plan indicated there would be another entrance and exit on Marlblehead Street in the area of Dana and Dewey Streets. This portion of Marblehead Street is very narrow and the present time these streets are receiving an extra volume of traffic due to the one-way signs that have been install ed recently and to burden them with additional traffic would be unfavorable. Because of the type of business that will be carried on in this Doctors building I do not feel tie will be a great volume of persons going and coming at the same time. I feel the abovementioned entrances and exits are ideal because when persons exit from the Doctors building unto Marblehead Street one can only take a right hand turn (which is a one way street) towards Massachusetts Avenue to the stop sign and are able to enter Massa- chusetts Avenue at that point without difficulty. To confuse the situation by adding additional entrances and exits would only cause a problem, not only with the neighborhood by also traffic problems as these roads are very narrow and cannot handle any additional traffic than they have at the present time. I strongly recommend at the present time to have only the entrance on Massachusetts Ave- nue and the exit on Marblehead Street. From my inspections of Mr. Rea's pit, in my opinion, he has met all of the requirements of the earth removal by—law and I recommend that his permit be renewed. CLASSIC REAL TRUST, Mass. Ave.: When the plot plan was submitted with the building permit application for the renovation of Glennie's Milk plant, the present owners were made aware of the fact that a portion of their proposed parking for their professional building was located in a residential district and could not be allowed without a special permit.
