Lyons, Town Clerk Town Building North Andover, Mass. Dear Sirs The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Board of Appeals on Monday evening., March 9, 1964 at the Town Office Building. Members present and Ming wares Daniel T, O'Leary, Chairman; William Morton, Secretary., Henry E. Lund, ,Arthur Drummond and Alfred Boeglin, Associate Member, who sat in place of John J. Shields. HARRY R. DOW, 3rd, at a1, requested a variation of See. 72 Para. 7.3 of the Zoning By- lav so as to permit the erection of an office and warehouse for electrical contractor, on the premises, located at the south side of School Street, approx, 400 feet distant from the corner of Main St. and known as #26-128 School Street. This public hearing was advertised in the Nagle Tribune on February 24 and March 2, 1964. All abutters were duly notified of this hearing by certified mail. Mr. Harry Dow, 3rd, Mr. Stewart Milson and Mr. Vincent Landers were present for the petitioner. There were no abutters present and there was no opposition. Mr. Morton made a motion to GRANT the variance subject to the adboission of proper plans and to the approval of the Fire Engineer, Mr. Drummond seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. The front of the building is to be in line with other structure in the area. Teat feet are to be allowed on side yard spaces and the rear yard space is to contain the re- quired 35 feet. This variance isanted for the following reasonas gr owing 1. There exist certain conditions, especially affecting the parcel in question, which do not generally affect the entire zoning district in which the parcel is located. 2. Unless the variance is granted, the applicant will suffer substantial hardship, financial or otherwise. 3. The requested variance will not adversely affect the public good to any substantial extent and will not materially affect the general character of the neighborhood. 4. Lyons, Town Clerk Towr_ Building North Andover, Mass. Dear Sir: The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Board of Appeals on Monday evening, October 14, 1963 at the Town Office Building. Members present and voting were: Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairman; William Morton, Secretary; John J. Shields, Arthur Drummond and Robert J. Burke, who sat in place of Henry bund. jAJLRY R. DOW, 3rd '& STEWART P. WILSON requested a variation of Sections 6 & 7 of the Zoning By-Law so as to permit the sub-division of a parcel of land into house lots. There are three buildings on one parcel and petitioners desire to sell one building at a time, on the premises, located at north side of Second St., 220 feet T"ro;n corner of Main & Second Streets, known as No. 19, 21, 239 25, 29 Second St. & 191 201 22, 24 School Street. This public hearing was advertised in the Eagle Tribune on September 30 and October 7, 1963. All abutters were duly notified of this hearing by certified moil. r. Harry Dow represented the petitioners. There were no abutters present and there was no opposition. The Board discussed and voted on the petition. Mr. Morton made a motion to GRANT the variance. Mr. Shields seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. This variance is granted for the following reasons: 1.
