The Planning Board recommends unfavorable action an the petitim
of John D. Driscoll and others for reclassifd s:Uon of land at Turnpike
and Peters Street from General Residential to Business for the following
reason:
From eviddace submitted at the Public Hearing of February 23, 1956,
it appered unlikely that marketable title to the property for commercial
purposes would be available.
