Lyons, Town Clerk Town Office Building North Andover, Massachusetts Dear Sir: This case came on to be heard at a meeting of the Board of Appeals an Monday,. November 14, 1960 at the Town Office Building. Members present and voting worst Daniel T. O'Leary, Charman, Charles Foster, Jr., Secretary, Howard Gilman, Robert Burke and Associate Member William Morton. William E. Shann requested a variation of Section 6, Paragraph 6.32 of the Zoning By Law so as to permit the erection of a single ranch type residence an the premises located at the South side of Chadwick Street 100 feet distant from the corner of Osgood Street. Mr. Shann represented himself. Abbutters were present bat did not object to the petition. Upon motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously voted that the Variance be granted subject to the presentation of proper plans and with the restriction set back 30 feet from back lot Ihm as shown on plan.
