Andover,, MA 01845 DECISION The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on August 8, 1989 upon the application of Richard Shaughnessy requesting a Special Permit from the requirements of Section 2, Paragraph 2.371 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit the addition of a family suite for his mother-in-law, Sylvia Smith on the premises located at 15 Wiley Court. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan, Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O'Connor. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 20, 1989 and July 27, 19,89 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Ms. O'Connor, the Board voted, unanimously, to allow the petitioner to WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE. After an informative discussion, Mr. Shaughnessy decided to ask to have his petition with- draw without prejudice. Dated this 14th day of August, 1989.
